Frequently Asked Questions

Students and Staff are not charged for their initial card. However, some card privileges may have additional cost.

First time students will receive their card during their school orientation. Replacement cards, however, must be picked up at the InfoLink ONEcard Service Centre.

Only JPEG (.jpg) and HEIC (.heic) file types are accepted.

You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to re-upload another picture.

If you lose your card, immediately visit Log into your Account info and “Deactivate” your ONEcard, and visit our in-person offices to replace the card.
